📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Saturday (public holiday) are processed on the next working day.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via phone or WhatsApp may be required before dispatch.
🚚 Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 1 week after dispatch.
- Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We always try our best to deliver your order as early as possible.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available all over Nepal for a limited time.
- Any special delivery requirements or remote-area charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.
📍 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver all over Nepal through our courier partners.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
❌ Failed Deliveries & Cancellations
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Repeated order refusals may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery (COD) service for future orders.
🔄 Shipping & Exchanges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of size exchange, customers may be required to bear the return shipping cost unless the issue is from our side.
