Refund policy

At NEPRANA, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

🔄 Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)

We currently offer size exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Size exchange is subject to availability of stock.
  • Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost for size exchange, unless the issue is from our side.

To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of the product (if requested)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

🚫 No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Liking a different color or style later

Please check the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusals

  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may result in restriction of future COD orders.
  • NEPRANA reserves the right to cancel or limit COD service for repeat order refusals.
